Desk Job Neck Pain: Fixing The Cause, Not Just The Ache

Most desk-related neck pain comes from sustained forward head posture and weak deep neck and shoulder blade muscles, not from a single injury.
Pain relief with manual therapy and electrotherapy is only the first phase. Without strengthening, symptoms usually return within weeks.
